Q Mines...Where?

Hi Guys,
I've been lurking in the background of this board ever since I discovered Oolite a couple of weeks ago...Fantastic game - having a real nostalgic blast with it!
I'm having a spot of difficulty with Q mines...I can't seem to find them available for sale anywhere. The Wiki reckons they are a tech level 6 item but I'm darned if I can ever find any.
Are they very hard to find, or am I missing something obvious? The temptation of senseless acts of sustained destruction is killing me!!
Sorry if this has been answered before - I did a search through the boards but didn't find anything...

EDIT: Doh! Typical...Have just figured it out!! Had all 4 pylons taken up with missiles, so the mines weren't showing up on the equipment list. Pretty obvious when you think about it! Schoolboy error!
Right then...off to cause some carnage....Lol!
