...has been updated on Oosat, and is now smoother than "FM" by Steely Dan, which I downloaded the other day. And that, friends, is smooth :)

Also, I added a line to the planet description for Lerelace.

For those who prefer the model unsmoothed, I've explained on Oosat and in the Readme how to change it back (just delete two lines).

i installed your expansion pack to my oolite/addons folder in windows
just like my other expansion packs...

i did download the outrider one too and install that

now i find that my hoopy casino oxp is not working

the text on learlace has been modifed!

but there is no sign of your station on the advanced space compass

nor around the planet

i now face a complete reinstall of oolite to recover whatever damage was done......

can we please suggest to giles so sort of oxp management system to
keep this from happening.....

and do you have any sugguestions... i do not wish to remove the hoopy casino.... IMHO the ships cost way too much... and the hoopy oxp gives you a edge that makes your progress a little faster and less tiring

thank you

Err, remove the expansion pack? :?

That's the easiest form of OXP management I've found!

Have both the HeadQuaters and Hoopy installed and not encountered a problem (PC with Windows XP). Odd!

You won't need to do a complete reinstall. Just delete the two problem OXPs and re-download them from Oosat.

That's the first problem I've heard of with either OXP, bpsheen. Are you positive it was one of them that caused this? I too have both OXPs and Hoopy installed (on an Intel Mac), and haven't encountered any issues. I tested both of them pretty extensively before posting too.

As for the Lerelace text, it's meant to be modified - I just added a line about the HQ being there. Odd that it's not showing up on the compass - I'm afraid I have absolutely no idea why it won't for you :(

Is there a problem with Oosat2 that anyone's aware of? I've trying to log in to reply to a comment on my HQ OXP, but it won't accept my password. I've just had another password emailed to me, but it won't accept that one either!

(I want to reply to a comment from bpsheen, generously entitled "conflicts with other oxps **WARNING**". I don't believe it does conflict with other OXPs, having done extensive testing and not heard any reports of problems from anyone else. As you can imagine, I'm pretty annoyed.)

There's a similar message on the Hoopy Casino page - you could try contacting the author of that one.

I can't log in either!

Think must be a problem with Oosat2.

I go to log in and type my username and password in. It doesn't give an error message, but just goes back to the log-in page.

Anybody else having log-in problems?

PS:- At the moment I have every single OXP installed (even the ones from Oosat 1), as I'm in Galaxy 7 giving my multi-mission OXP a final play test. (Itching to player the HQ mission and Lovecats, but I'll have to wait until I finish developing!). I'm sure therefore there is no conflict. I playedtested will every OXP in to make sure I haven't used the same role or variable as anybody else.

Thanks guys. I'll contact the author of Hoopy to make absolutely sure.

Yep, tried several times just now and no luck. Also doesn't show how many users and guests there are online. :?

Have to wait for Roberto to reinstall it on Oosat (the site crashed last month). You can get most of the OXPs on Oosat1 (link on Oosat2), but the newer ones were only posted on Oosat2. If you are desperate, PM me your e-mail and I'll send it over.

I'll put it up there today - was waiting for the reintroduction of a "stations" category, but doesn't look like that'll happen any time soon :(

The mission is quite a simple affair atm - will be continued in my next OXP, which I've put to one side until whoever succeeds Giles as programmer can be persuaded to add/explain a way to launch a Q-bomb from the AI :)

Have just posted both my OXPs - hopefully Winston can approve them tomorrow, then I can add some pics and amend the links on the EliteWiki. I hope the voting system and the "stations" category are restored soon :)
