Oolite Bulletins

During a trip through Zaonce (troublesome system that one ) I found a hoopy casino in such a low position that it was almost on the surface of the planet. Couldn't get close enough to dock.

I guess the party aboard needed a little extra atmosphere?

Funny, I was just gambling at Zaonce and all was according to regulations..

hOopy pilots are instructed to go to the affluent system's Aegis, and not move unless threatened, in which case they should witchjump the hell away. Sightseeing among the clouds is unprecedented, but apparently hOopys are acting crazy these days.
