suggestion: multiple passengers

Passenger services can be even more rewarding if clients would travel in small groups.
Right now one, maybe two, passenger cabins is all you'll ever need because
the contracts lie too far appart to take on multiple clients at the same time.
Introducing groups makes having a multiple cabin, cruise boat, more worthwhile.
Don't get me wrong, the passenger contracts are fine as they are.
