Help??

I was wondering if anyone understood this....im talking about the very end of the tutorial in the main page for Wings3d.....i understood how to texture the ship do all that etc,etc, but i cant seem to figure out where the folders he mentioned are in my addons....he metioned a texture and models folder,but all i have is a config folder...and then i dont understand what he means by the shipdata.plist appearing...can someone clarify this for me please??
