Does anyone have (or know of where) a physical copy of the rare 1996 SAM Coupé Elite manual (might still exist), please?

Edit: Ideally, I'd like to take a look at it myself, and a fully-complete, digital, scanned .pdf version, ideally including blank pages, would be entirely sufficient for my purposes.
