Another updated mission! Yay, right?

I've taken the update stick to the Stealth mission. Here are the main highlights:
- Updated textures, added normal and specular maps for Stealth Barracuda and Stealth Mine.
- Replaced base with new Oolite Rock Hermit.
- Updated scripts and spawning routines.
- Tweaks to AI's to make the base more aggressive.
- Added overlay to mission screens.
- Added links to Library PAD.
- Prevented mission from starting if the TCAT mission is underway.
- Incorporated code from Stealth Reset to allow for the OXP settings to be reset once completed.

Version 2.1 fixes an error in the shipdata.plist file. I've also added this to the Expansion Manager, but you can directly download from here: Stealth_2.1.oxz
