Capnhack hosts the original Oosat which is still functional (OXPs from 2004-6!)

This oxp dates back to 2010, and has no details of license or of author. Maybe he wrote it himself?

I could find no mention of "GermanCustomSound" on this Bulletin Board (too many letters for the search function).

Capnhack's profile says Southampton, UK. Possibly McLane's work; he took localization seriously.
