New covert missile type

Hello there OXP and equipment developers!
Having checked a bit on the Oolite programming model and event handlers like world, ship and AI I now imagine a new type of missile:
Covert Missile
The purpose is not to damage or destroy the target but infiltrate and install a bug. As a consequence you can see the target's perception and internal commands as comms messages.
So you know their ship status in detail as well as the ship's mission, anger status etc.
Of course such covert missiles are expensive as they come hardened, some even cloaked. And extremely expensive models might allow to inject new perceptions or commands.
And then even more expensive there should be countermeasures...
