Install expansions on Oolite 1.90 (and previous)

If you installed Oolite v1.90 or any previous version, you may find out that the expansions manager cannot find anything to be installed.
This is because it is built to download the expansions catalog from http://oolite.org - the only thing is that website does not exist any more.
So either you configure Oolite to download the expansions catalog from https://oolite.space or use some alternative. How to do this has been documented in our wiki.
