ZygoUgo's Buoy

Hi. i am reinstalling oolite on my new computer and i am looking for "ZygoUgo's Buoy" but i am not able to find it.
i don´t know if it is on "expansion pack manager" as it is not working. i am imstalling all oxz or oxz packs manually.
Where can i find this expansion?

You can prevent having to install everything manually by using
OoliteStarter.

I think i made a mistake, i am really looking for "Deep Horizon Nav Buoy"

The Deep Horizon Nav Buoy is now used as the default buoy in vanilla Oolite (1.90).
