Watching DrWho from the last series, (the space station episode) they had Billy Piper & the Dr looking at Earth from orbit. They had a profound moment just looking in a quiet contemplative manner, I'd love to be able to do the same in Oolite (especially with Lave OXP) watching the world go by sipping a cool beer...

that would be a very cool on-station feature actually.
it would be great if some form of custom_views be extended to visits to station/carrier-entities. that could be widely useful and exciting.
