60 years ago - Yuri Gagarin's flight

I have personal habit to celebrate Yuri's flight at April 11, not 12.
In April 11 he wasn't world hero - just unknown Russian young military pilot selected for dangerous mission.

I was too young in this April day 60 years ago to have personal memories - just six and half month old.
Space was a part of fun in my life later.
And now I hope to live till first man on Mars.

Wholemeal? Sourdough? The Italians do a very nice sour cherry conserve -
amarena - which I can heartily recommend - goes very nicely with toast! (or in a bread & butter pudding).
