Is it worth having a GalMOT? Basically if you don't repair your ship after it reaches a certain wear GalCorp fine you for flying a danger to the spaceways?

The trade-in value of your ship drops over time. An MOT restores the trade in value. So definatley worth doing when your are about to trade up.
