New Start Up Ideas

Well we have a start up for almost every occupation except 3.
Bounty Hunter
Smuggler
And Navy Recruit.
I can't think of a reason, with what OXZ's available that these could not be added to the start up menu.
Thoughts?

Ever start up option has a little tweak to the ship, equipment, and some even a small mission.

Bounty Hunter would be easy. Little larger ship but smaller cargo so you could add the tow bar bring back the ship and escape pods for better rewards. Base equipment like warrant scanner and related. Maybe even a same easy bounty mission in the system.

Same for the smuggler has to have the smuggling oxz and then gets a beat up python and a smugging compartment plus related gear and a minor run mission like narcotics.

Navy Recruit would be starting out in the basic Navy fighter, basic gear for the Navy installed and a small mission like tracking down a Thargoid ship in the area and destroying or tagging it.

Anyways, those are just my thoughts on it.

If there is a way to have the start up mission for the Navy Recruit maybe there could be a few set up on a randomized way, witch space incursions, or escort mission.

Added thought-
**For every so many random missions they receive an up in tank starting off at private, rising from then on out. Even adding rank to the name, or instead of commander, messages would state the current rank then the player name.**
Tie it into the other Navy mission OXZ's.

Heck, you could do this for a Pirate start up. Just change the spawn location to a rock hermit in an Anarchy system with so illegal modifications or equipment installed and a small price on his or her head.

Well I have been reading through a few threads, and although I know nothing about coding, I've gained a little understanding. If there is an oxz that has various start options which include mining and cargo running, and another that allows hard ship starts, I figure these options should be easy. Most the related OXZ's are already done. Just a matter of adding them together and tossing in a little extra maybe.
Would definitely personalize other occupations and make all the occupations available from start.
