Oolite Bulletins

For some reason I can never get the manager to down load the list of expantion, I get a message that says, unknown of unknown.

That message usually lingers for a few seconds, then it downloads. It's hanging on that message and going no further, yes?

It was the phone hotspot, bad wifi reception out here. Got it to work just had to move around a bit.
