Oolite Bulletins

I realise that you could just drag your OXPs out of the AddOns folder, but does anyone see the merit in being able to start Oolite with, say, the SHIFT key down, to stop OXPs loading in...?

Might be useful for bug testing, so can rule out OXPs in one go, before loading each one in turn, or combination thereof.

Very good idea. I'll look into it next week (I'm up to my ears in building works in my kitchen and one of the kid's bedrooms).
