A chap named Massimo Pietrobon has produced a fascinating map of Pangea, the huge, single continent which spanned Earth some 225M years ago. This map is different, though, as it shows the position then of modern-day countries - for example the United States borders Morocco, Mauritania, Senegal and Cuba.
