Oolite Bulletins

I use the 'd' filter in the expansion manager to check if there are brand new OXPs (together with updates of my installed OXPs). The slight problem is that I often remember when I updated the list, so the number of days I use is more-or-less random.

Displaying the date of the expansion list file or something similar would help with that.
