How I delete topics and posts?

You can only delete one of your posts if it's the last one posted. You'll see a cross on the right-hand side of the post.

Worse case scenario you can edit your message long after you posted it. You can also edit the subject line to change the topic. Just use those facilities fairly and wisely.
