Bug in Thargoid war mission

Hi all,
I find a couple of annoying bugs in the Thargoid war mission where you have to set off a naval bomb into the Thargoid spy station.
1- After destroying the station, if you enter into another standard station to refuel etc. you are fined of 5000 cr. for docking without permission.
2- The desctruction of the spy station remains unnoticed. Clearing all the area is impossible because some Thargoid ships get shiny white and invulnerable.
Any hint? I am running Oolite 1.84
