Page Up/Page Down on Market screen (F8)

Is it at all possible to get the page up and down keys to do the "More" (page down) and "Back" (page up) functions on the Market screen (F8)? This actually goes for any screen that implements the "More"/"Back" functions (eg F3, F4, and F5 screens). It's fine if it's not possible. Just a thought.
