So... i was active on here, very active in the EBBS (alioth.net) and basically all things Elite or Frontier : Elite Universe..
I left for a bit (although still playing) due to marriage, child and work things...
I come back and it's all gone a bit wrong on the interwebs!
EBBS, in fact all of alioth.net - gone.
GalNET - gone.
Filecore: Elite Bar & Grill - gone.
Trojan News Network - gone.
Mosser's site has gone too!
Oh well. At least the Oolite board is still here! Phew.

Spud got it.
Covers Elite, Frontier: Elite 2, Frontier: First Encounters, Elite: Dangerous and Oolite.
The HPA saga and other stories are all FEU.
On the EBBS we used to have stories written all the time, I suggested putting FEU in the title for easy searching and that's the way we worked for a few years.
It tears at me how much we may have lost when the EBBS went.

We do try to keep you entertained.
Spud is correct. There is a lot of good fiction floating around. From the raunchy to the down right horrifying. In fact if the current "die back" carries on this might be the only place left that has elite (roughly) based fiction that didn't cost the author a kick-starter to fund.

Very true, I wasn't complaining about this place - it is my favourite online place to hang.
It was more lamenting the wonderful anarchy of the EBBS.
However, this place is a lot easier to actually read!
