Another strange encounter - bug or something?

Somewhere in Gal4, i've encountered two offenders, a Wolf (immediately blown off) and a Sidewinder - easy prey? I've done a full blow with fore laser, and it was still there. Looks like he got MSE? Switched to aft, another full blow - nothing happens! It was not a collision bug (still sometimes present in this version) - laser heat dot was clearly visible. 6 full cycles with just a few misses and it was intact! Then i launched a regular missile, and a hardened one - they hit it but still no effect. That made me really angry and i rammed him on injectors, being ready to die this time. But no, he was dead and i am alive, but just 15cr bounty
