Oolite Bulletins

I'm looking for the black widow pirates and cannot find them.
I've been to Inve, Quisbe, Beesed, Lequteor, Edorqu and Esisraan. All these planets give times people there encloded pirates. Which system do I need to stay in to find them?

One last thing - let's have all questions/bug reports etc. regarding the Deposed oxp posted in the Deposed thread (https://bb.oolite.space/viewtopic.php?t=1510) in the Expansion Pack forum. That will help prevent cluttering up the bb.
