When the game has a sense of humor...

I'm on a parcel run, short of time, and jump into a medium-unstable feudal system. There's a huge band of pirates/offenders not far from the witchpoint, about fifteen to twenty ships. I've got plenty of fuel in the tank-- it was a short jump-- so I just cruise past on injectors.
Right past, heading on an intercept towards the pirates, a good sized gang of hunters, weapons already hot and ready to engage the criminals. Nice, I think, but, I don't really feel like a fight so I keep going, still on injectors as they head for the bad guys.
Right past this, less than a full scanner away, a squadron of police vipers on an intercept towards both the pirates /and/ the hunters, adding about another half-dozen ships into the fray. Still, they've got it under control, so, keep blasting those injectors, trying to get a clear path.
And... right past the police, one single lone Happy Eye Preacher, calling out messages of peace to /everyone/ in the fight.
I love the mental image of the whole scenario.
Now I keep picturing coming back that way to find them all grouped around the preacher having a sing-along.
