Jumped to a couple of planets, then checked the log & the error is gone!! Healed itself I guess.

That looks like a minor bug in an older version of the rescue stations. That's fixed in the current version. No worries, it does not affect the game in any way. The fix just suppresses the error message. If you want to fix it your self, find "rrs_slaver_base_griff" from shipdata.plist and add definition is_external_dependency = 1; to it.
