I did a visual scan through the shipdata.plist and found two missing semicolons.

For record, this was the wrong line (two times, kdiff3 whispered me ):
emission_map = { name = "CClipper-glows.png"};
The fixed line:
emission_map = { name = "CClipper-glows.png"[size=150][b];[/b][/size]};
