Just had to download it.
How about killing opponents just by staring them. The crosshair could look like an eye and when it has been on top of anything for a couple of seconds, that target would explode. Then your 'evil eye' would have to charge for a while. Docking would be a challenge. First you'll wipe out the beacon to make to the 'evil eye' charge for a while and then you inject in before it has recharged.

Nice idea, you can make it a year hence.
A (less-uber) fix is out to do not punch without the equipment. (Oops)

Yes, in this way: ship.explode();
Technically this oxp is a joke which was born because it was so simple to made. A good background story for this weapon need more effort than the whole code.

Quite. Not like there was a link in the wiki entry suggesting that killit missiles might be complementary with this weapon anything.

I can't help with this, I'm afraid. But, Josef, does it really matter? My impression on reading through Norby's material is that he saw this oxp in the same light as the Killit oxp - a spoof pointing out the absurdity of über-weapons. If I'm correct, he would not have meant it to be seriously used, despite all the fun stuff about emptying the energy banks and disabling the ship's computer. Witness the name, and ...
