D.T.T Shipbuilders introduces the D.T.T. Snake Charmer!
The Snake Charmer is meant to be an upgrade to the traditional Cobra Mk III. Like the Mk III she handles 25 tons of cargoas well as 4 structurally integral passenger berths! Yes sir folks, you heard me right! Four passenger berths and 25 tons of free cargo space! Try that in your Cobra Mk III! (To make this possible however, the four berths are structurally integral to the ship, and cannot be removed. Further more, more berths cannot be added to this ship.) Other ship systems have also been upgraded as listed below.



In addition to the basic D.T.T. Snake Charmer, we are also excited to offer a special limited edition Snake Charmer Pinup model! In a tribute to those fighter planes of so very long ago, this special version of the Snake Charmer features a 1950's style mural painted on both sides of the hull by the universally renowned artist Paradox himself! That's right ladies and gentlemen, this limited edition features a sexy "Snake Charmer" pinup that you will find no where else in the universe! (pinup paint job will appear on player version of the ship only, npc versions will feature "normal" paint jobs.) However, I leave it to you to decide if the cutie is charming the snake, or the snake is charming the cutie!

Very cool! Your Shipfactory is cracking out a lot of models lately.
I love the logo too.

Wow another awesome ship, but when I went to the shipyard to buy it I saw one that was offered with an extra berth so I bought it so I've got 5. I think you can change this in the shipyard.plist. remove "EQ_PASSENGER_BERTH", from list of "optional_equipment". Beautiful work though. Thank for sharing.

Thank you! You wouldn't believe how many ships I actually design! }:] I just saved my 104th prototype this morning! True, only a few actually get finished, textured, and written into the game, but there are TONS of ideas waiting to be finished.

Ok, 1.1 updated in main post. Hopefully fixed passenger berths... again. };]

Sell it why would I want to do that? , um no but I was able to buy a large cargo bay, don't know if you wanted that option or not. It is taking up cargo space.

I did delete the "EQ_PASSENGER_BERTH" from the "optional equipment" list, but left the 4 "standard" berths. I think that's all you really need to do I saw two at a shipyard after that and neither had an extra berth but did have the four standard berths. I went ahead and set the chance to 1 so they should be everywere now, I'll keep an eye out for any with extra berths and let you know. Meanwhile the boys at the chopshop got plans for those berths

I went ahead and remove the optional equipment berths entry from both shipyard.plists. I think that should fix it... };] Glad to know people are actually flying my ships! };]

Just uploaded the Planet Express ship, and while I was looking at my MediaFire page, I noticed the number of downloads for the D.T.T. Snake Charmer (Pinup Version) was at 27... The number of downloads for the more "politically correct" version... 0. Not only are we a bunch of "old farts" we are a bunch of "dirty old farts"!
