Joystick tweaks

OK, I've joined github, forked the repo and created two pull requests. Hopefully I've done that right.

There was one weird thing - the modules all had paths like ../oolite-binary-resources.git, so when I did a git submodule update --init, it tried pulling the modules from my fork instead of the oolite repository. I got round that eventually by editing .git/config and changing the URLs. So I've probably done something wrong there.

They seem to be showing up okay here - I've put a couple of quick notes on one of them, and I'll give the docking one a go when I have a little more time.
