Its gone quiet in the forum. Again.

Is anyone actually playing the game?

You omitted the 'I play every day' option - which plenty of us do.

Every day here as well, except for that one day when unexpected stuff happens.

I could not find the in the last hour option I think a lot of people actually play the game or elsewise have their heads buried in scripting oxp's hence these apparent gaps in forum activity.

Sadly, I'll have to quote Mabel from "You Rang, m'Lord?"

Dammit, you dragged me away from the game to ask me THAT!?

i usually play for a while every month or so, usually when someone's put out some amazing new oxp that i want to try, i think the last ones that got me going again were the cinematic sky and the background set ones and the custom exhaust plume colour example got me following along with the advice in thread about how to build trunk oolite from github (it worked too!! - can't wait now to put colourful exhaust plumes into my oxp ships)

I think '(nearly) every day' does provide a useful differentiator from 'in the last week'.

Maybe we should have another poll that asks in an average session, for how long do you play?

I would score great on that. I don't play often, but when I do I tend to play for quite a while and often on consecutive days.

The poll is time limited to a week. Therefore it doesn't need an option of shorter than a week. Its designed to be a snapshot of how much the game is getting played, in the current week only.

I was thinking that because the forum is quiet, the game was not being played. Seems I was wrong, good!

I play 3 times per week. At least.

I recently fell out of the habit and haven't played for months until this week. Up and running again, though!

No time - but I keep on the forums because I know what new OXPs I want when I do get that chance again...
