Drifter

Anyone heard about "Drifter" yet? It was on Kickstarter and is on Steam Greenlight, and you can still preorder it for 10 bucks. Coming out for PC/Mac/iOS (Linux later) on some point this year. The beta is out for Mac and PC for backers. Check it out if you want.
It's not 3D, but 2.5D, meaning that you can not turn up or down, if I got that correctly.
