reading my logs i found this :

no other faults while starting

I can see what's happened there - the ship that dropped the bomb has died between it being deployed and it actually going off. That's an unlikely occurrence I think, and as I've got a few thoughts about Armoury and things that could be done in 1.77 then I'll fix it when there's a wider reason to update to go along with it.
