Oolite Bulletins

This idea came to me while visiting Diso in the Old Worlds region. Seeing all the nebulae made me think of the milky way. I think a strip of galaxy in the sky per sector, indicating different perspectives of the galaxy as one travels through the eight sectors, would be awesome .

skybox could be used for this sort of effect, another excuse to generate cube maps.
