1] breeding cats if you have more than one
2] you can sell the kittens if you have too many
3] rare kittens fetch nice prices
4] snooper alert with mission to fetch a cat stolen from certain catlover
5] could we have dogs too?

I think that moose is way too dangerous as a pet. way too dangerous

Maybe you can get good prices delivering it too the zoos of the non existing zoolite.oxp...

Perhaps when your ship's cat gets fried by being too close to the hull when your shields are down and you are being hit it could turn into 1 ton of furs - of course that's one big cat.

Bear in mind that I use / purchase neither, however...

The appeal of both is similar I think (pets for your ship).
Having one control (by which I of course mean predate :twisted: ) the other seems reasonable.

IIRC there are multiple cats available, so having at least one of them be a champion Trumble hunter would be good. Perhaps never quite enough to truly wipe them out, but you could hear the occasional death squeek. Maybe such a felid only becomes available once your Trimble population reaches a certain threshold, so the player can 'enjoy the show'...

As Redspear says, these really should interact with Trumbles in some way. Eating them... or being eaten by them...
