might want to be a bit careful with "ace_ship" names, as far as I'm aware Ace/56 used them for his ships, so people who have both installed may come across some problems.

aside from that it's a great looking ship, nice work

Shame the api doesn't let you change the missile launch position after each launch, that would be cool!

With a bit of scripting that's quite easy to do. See the Griff Cobra with external missiles for an example.

Those external missiles on the Griff Cobra are great - shame you can't have them on the player-ship version.
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills

You can, if you don't mind a complete lack of continuity on what appears there against what's actually on your pylons, which for me a somewhat of a deal-breaker. Plus of course there's little benefit as you can't actually normally see them on your own ship, and in the kind of scenarios where you may be wanting to fire one off, the last thing you want to be doing is staring at your own ship via a custom view ;)

Yeah, I know... but it'd make for some excellent screenshots. As you say though... not really suitable.
