Error message in my log

This is one that I have been meaning to ask about for a while but never got around to it.
When I read my latest log I get the following error message
My system is as follows: -
Windows 7 home premium (Service pack 1)
Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2180 @ 2.00GHz processor
3.00GB RAM
32-bit Operating System
