OXP idea - Holographic Ship's AI Avatar

Any Halo fan is familiar with Cortana. Would someone be able to whip up an avatar that pops up during any point the ship is giving you a message? Like a witchspace countdown. Maybe even tie it in with Trader Assistant AI OXP and others that may be able to make use of something like this?
Just an idea. Unfortunately I don't have the knowledge to make it so, but I would heartily thank someone who'd be able to make this little piece of immersion into an OXP. It needn't even be humanoid; I'd be happy with this...
Well hopefully not that annoying...

Inflight overlays are used in
Vector.oxp (see the last pic in the Gallery). In v1.77 we'll get another way to create them as Visual Effect combined with a effectdata.plist.

Oh, it was only a pointer for OXPers if they want to look up how to create such a thing. In v1.76.x it is not that easy, but still - it is possible. In trunk it will be a lot easier.

Svengali's new cutscene demo for trunk features some nice avatar-a-like features. Maybe this OXP idea could work, although only in 1.77+...?
