Oolite Bulletins

I know I've been lacking on the member front but I really need help from you Oolite guys.

Every time there is a problem with my pc, Steam is mentioned. Now on this pc I have only downloaded demos from Steam. But still I get it. How can you completely erase Stream without hurting other stuff?

Have you tried removing using the control panel/programs/uninstall?
