what is the version number you are using? If it in not 1.3.3 then upgrade to that update as the wiki states
"Download (Assassins v1.3.3) Combined "less than" bug fix with "Graviton Missiles" bug fix by Commander McLane as per his post on 3rd May 2011. (Unofficial fixed version 1.3.3 - released by JazHaz on 2nd April 2012)"
So that bug should be fixed.

- should have looked at that first. Are there any issues with upgrading half-way through Assassins?
