regular sound and speech are not coherent

I use SDL_PATH_DSP to redirect oolite sound to a different /dev/dspX device, but the speech seems to go to the default device despite this setting. It looks like oolite doesn't mix the speech into the SDL playback, but completely leaves speech playback up to the espeak library, which apparently uses a completely different sound library.
