There has been a faulty listing in the shipyard.plists of about every ship I have released. Where it lists the fuel scoop, as either optional, or standard/extra, instead of appearing as "EQ_FUEL_SCOOPS", it has been mistakenly listed as "EQ_FUEL_SCOOP". I am working to fix this problem in all my shipyard.plists, and will put up a new link for the corrected oxp. However, if you don't wish to hassle with re-downloading any of those ship oxps, just open the shipyard.plist in the Config folder, scan down to where it lists "EQ_FUEL_SCOOP", and ad an "S" at the end of the word "SCOOP". Sorry for this inconvenience.
