Thanks. They're the latest twinned Ferris Mk III thrusters with fully integrated Q-Injectors. Hopefully the Cheetah hull can take the strain of those two beauties firing at full throttle.

Back to the original ships now, with the Moray Star Boat up next...

Also very cool! . The ship and the naval engines. Question. Are you modeling a whole own version of the original shipset or do you model the ships you like and mix them with a few of your own designs and release that as a separate oxp?

Hoping to model all the original ships, as well as some extra ones of my own which I'll release separately - eventually :) Textures will probably take me a while!

Decided to drop my previous model of a thargoid drone fighter (which may well become a ship for another alien race instead) and go back to the original mesh more... as well as a new thargoid Warship. The Drone, Invasion Ship and Warship now preparing to strike terror into the galaxy...

Another new ship design.. the Meerkat. Probably will need a comparethespacemeerkat.com advertisement campaign on the AD-X terascreen billboards. :)

Take an idea from one person and twist or modify it in a different way as a return suggestion so another person can see a part of it that can apply to the oxp they are working on.

just had a thought, for some textures you could set up a competition "who can texture this the best", there hasn't been a competition in ages.

Heh... I just pulled into Maraus, checked the shipyard, and found nineteen Ferdies for sale... and one Anaconda!
That reminds me of when I lived in Hong Kong. If you bought a local paper and went to the used car section, it was full of hundreds of Mercades Benz. Almost no other cars at all. Very strange.
