It appears to be a test of intelligence. Perhaps SandJ is looking for us to answer the question he could not? :P

OK. In a ReCAPTCHA, only one of the two words is an actual CAPTCHA. The other is being tested to see if humans give a consistent response (in which case it will be used as a CAPTCHA in future). If one is incomprehensible or not Latin script, writing some random word should work – like “x stoUpI”.

Ah-ha! I've seen nonsense before and just kept hitting refresh until something I could read popped up! Now I understand what's going on.
