That would be because the keyed out colour is fairly broad, so some of the shadows are getting just dark enough to fool the camera. I would suggest evenly lighting your chroma board and keying to a slightly brighter shade of green.

I don't know at Bournemouth we popped a couple of halogens (with refuser) on the top rack above our blue curtain. As long as you got all the creases out it worked fine. Didn't cost too much. :)

If someone made Oolite the movie there would probably be a fan backlash along the lines of Why is XXX OXP not in the movie? :twisted:
