what do you mean, "natural"? it's a part of the drill process, as described there, it's short for "fracturing", ie breaking up the ground to allow easier flow/recovery of gas/oil.

It's also a (presumably) vulgar expression from the Battlestar Galactica universe ... what you think it means will determine whether or not you might think it's natural. And it's also connected to a platform-jumping computer-game caveman from the 1980s. Which again may or may not be regarded as natural ...
