the one using the Cobra artwork should get pulled, the other is sufficiently "homagey" to get away w/ it, i'd say.
i see that site has those helpful "click for a larger image that's actually exactly the same size as what you can see anyway" buttons.

Sometimes I feel an inch of regret that I do not have children 
Nowadays there are (would be) so many fun ways to annoy or embarrass them

Yeah.... the 1337 bit was the only problem I had with it.
