Strangest thing. I'm arriving with time to spare, requesting docking clearance, docking, and the mission is not triggering. Am I missing something fundamental?

If this is with the mission to take for the Navy to clear your offender/fugitive status you have to be within 12 hours for it to trigger. I had to ask to get that answer a while ago. There should be something to inform the player of that, but an oversight it remains.

I'll try that next time. Rather annoying. I even shot a station to obtain fugitive status prior to arriving.
