Side note: comparing your ship to the cover picture I notice for the first time that the ship on the cover isn't symmetrical. The engines (and everything on the back side) are more-than-slightly off to the left. I'm quite certain, though, that this is the original artist's fault and not intentional.
By the way: has anybody ever attempted to recreate the bronze-coloured ship that is obscured by the Cobra? Looks like a Mon Calamari-version of an Anaconda or so.

Simple case-sensitive thing - in the shipdata.plist for the Cobby AC change "ac_Tophull.dat" to "ac_tophull.dat" on lines 29, 339, 407.
And while I'm here, the last one refers to the Z_GrOovy_Griffs_CobraMk3_Variety_Pack.oxp. just change "FOxtrot" to "Foxtrot" on line 213 in the shipyard.plist.
[files.notFound]: ----- WARNING: Could not find texture file "AC_Fuelscoop.png".
This one had me confused for a bit, as I couldn't find it with that capitalisation anywhere in the shipdata.plist. I eventually found it in the "ac_fuelscoop.dat" file. The texture file is "AC_fuelscoop.png", and that's how it's referred to in the shipdata.plist. I've changed the "f"s to "F"s, throughout for consistency.
